All prices are final and non-negotiable. Prices reflect the quality of the hair and services provided.

Payments
Full payment is required before any order is processed or hair is released.

Business Days
All orders, processing, shipping, and communication are handled during business days only. Business days do notinclude weekends or holidays.

No Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once hair has been purchased.

Shipping
Orders are shipped after processing and typically arrive within 5–7 business days once shipped. Shipping times are based on business days only.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but not received. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Local Delivery / Pickup
Local delivery is available. If you would like local delivery, please email us with your address to arrange delivery.

Pickup is also available. A mutual pickup location will be arranged once your order is ready.
